REGISTRATION FEE

A registration fee is required for attending the conference according to the table below. Authors participating as "students" and paying the reduced fee should provide a scanned copy of their student ID or a certification of their student status. Authors participating as "retired or emeritus" should provide a declaration of their status (a signed self-declaration is sufficient). The registration fee includes coffees and beverages, the official conference dinner and the conference bag.

Early registration deadline is July 10, 2018 Instructions for payment will be provided at end of April 2018.

ONSITE PAYMENT

For registration and payment of the conference fee, a desk will be available on Sunday from 15:00 to 17:00 at the Faculty of Civil Engineering (Bulevar Kralja Aleksandra 73, 11000 Belgrade, Level 2, Main Hall) and on the following days until Thursday from 8:00 to 9:00 (from 7:30 on Monday). Only cash payment will be accepted at the registration desk.

Payment for the MedCLIVAR 2018 conference is possible only through a bank-transfer. The costs of the transfer must be covered by the applicants otherwise the payment will be considered invalid. At the conference each participant will receive a certificate of attendance and a copy of the invoice, which he/she can use to claim their costs within their organization.
