REGISTRATION FEES

1. maximum 3 years after PhD
2. are entitled to the reduced fee maximum of 10 scientists or students with their affiliation in Middle-Income Countries 2023 (worldpopulationreview.com). The selection will be made by the Scientific Committee of the conference and the applicants will be notified in advance.

An abstract submission fee of 20.00€ will be applied after 1 June 2024

* The conference fees include access to scientific sessions, ice-breaker, coffee breaks, buffet lunches, and the conference dinner.

** Conference fees are VAT included (22%).

SISC members are eligible for a discounted fee: regular standard early fee: 300€, reduced standard early registration fee: 155€; regular late registration fee: 450€; reduced late registration fee: 230€. The membership can be renewed during the registration phase. The fee for SISC members are VAT exempt.

1. Reduced fee is applied to students, young researcher and young post-docs. To check if a candidate is eligible for the reduced fee s/he will be requested to include in the registration form a PDF file of ONE of the following documents: a) her/his ID card if s/he is under 30 b) a certificate issued by the University which mention that the candidate is student; c) a scan of her/his student ID card which indicate the academic year; d) a screenshot of your University's web page where the candidate is distinctively identifiable as a student (e.g. a personal page on the University’s website) e) a proof that the candidate awarded the PhD after December 31 st , 2020
2. A maximum of 10 scientists or students with their affiliation in LOW INCOME, LOWER- MIDDLE-INCOME and UPPER-MIDDLE INCOME ECONOMIES in accordance to the definition provided by the World Bank ( https://datahelpdesk.worldbank.org/knowledgebase/articles/906519 ) are entitled to the reduced fee. The selection will be made by the Scientific Committee of the conference and the applicants will be notified in advance. To apply for one of these 10 places the candidates should fill in an application form (that will be open on July 8 th ) not later than July 10 th , including the following documents:
   1. CV with list of publications, year of birth, gender, years from PhD;
   2. id document
   3. certification of the present affiliation
   4. the pdf of the abstract
   5. that they have submitted to the conference e) one of the documents listed above to proof that the candidate is a student or a young post-doc. Successful candidates will be notified within July 20 th.
3. Emeritus has to prove that they are retired.

Accompanying persons. Accompanying persons can be registered by conference participants during the registration process. Accompanying persons’ registration includes access to the icebreaker and social dinner. Access to sessions, coffee breaks and lunches is not included.
